I had run across a very small AC compressor and thought it might be of interest to some , is AC taboo ?

That may have been it. AC is perhaps more ***ociated with street rods than traditional hot rods. Can't say for sure if that was what caused the thread to be deleted. Seems rather innocuous but, you never know. Hopefully whichever moderator deleted it will explain why. Don't sweat it. We've all had stuff deleted for one reason or another.

Your post got deleted because your A/C pertained to a Subaru which is off topic.

The HAMB is about traditional Hot Rod and Custom cars from the 30's to early 60's.

    Thanks ,

  7. Leave out the foreign word and application and try again.

Mustang's are OT as can be but mustang master cylinders fly around here without any issue, they even get some love.

Mercedes is OT, well mostly they are. So I just keep the Mercedes disc brake stuff to myself. They are light years above the GM metric calipers and talk about that seem just fine.

^^^^ Just roll with the punches and you'll eventually get the hang of it. The HAMB may seem tough at times however you'll eventually pick up on what TO post and what NOT to post and what is acceptable to a degree. I don't profess to know it all however there are many here with a wealth of knowledge that they are happy to share, enjoy your time and remember what the moderator above said.

OK thanks you won't have to worry about my posts any longer as the advice given on many other sites have been proven true

One more post . I have spent my whole life modifying , changing and improving ( to my likes ) motorized everything I appreciate but don't always agree with other efforts . I love cars in all their forms and appreciate all efforts to customize - personalize anything . But the very limited parameters on this site have left me uninterested in continuing to be a member . I would like to say good by to all .

The HAMB parameters are 30's through early 60's Traditional Hot Rod and Custom Cars.
You won't find any Subaru information on the HAMB.

Appears the HAMB is not for you.
    Not a problem.

    Good luck with your Subaru.
