Hello Everyone, I bought a set of Fatman uprights and decided to install them into my 53 Merc on Saturday. After some fighting with some of the new grease seal I decided to take a break and just do a basic mock up before getting back to fight installing the seals. I ran into an issue that I did not expect and was wondering if anyone else has had this problem? Now the only thing I have done extra was to install the upper A arm frame realignment plates so that I could have an alignment shop add the extra shims for caster and camber. I started to get frustrated and decided to take a couple of pictures and walk away for now. Thought some one here might have an idea as to what is going on with this setup? Notice how the upper A arm is so far away from the rubber bumper and where the Upright is hitting the frame. Anyone have any suggestions or ideas?
