I have seen these solid axle kits available on ebay from Vintage Parts USA. Just wondering if anyone has had any experience with this brand and whats your feedback? Also I want to put it on a car in Australia and wonder if this would p*** inspection. Any info on the topic would be great to hear. Here is a link to the ad and sorry if this has come up before: http://www.ebay.com/itm/282485830111
FYI Closeoutautoparts is another Hoffman Group alias. If you do a search for Hoffman; you will find further info on them and their parts. Seems funny that the pictures of actual cars in the add are not using the axle and stuff being sold. I saw some pictures of a Hoffman axle in another thread, nothing like the drawing either; kinda crude looking.
Do not. DO NOT buy any of that stuff. If it's cheap and on ebay or similar, stay away. There are enough outlets selling known manufacturers products that are certified for use in Australia. Rod-Tech in Adelaide make and sell their own excellent parts, several others sell SoCal, C.E. and Pete&Jakes parts...it's not hard to get what you need. I just looked at that link. They have pictures of finished car front ends that aren't even the parts they are selling! (Sorry, I see Rich B already said that)
Wow they sure are persistant! I get the message loud and clear and I thought as much. X38 I know those other makes you mentioned however what is C.E.?
