Technical dome light identification

    I believe that is just some aftermarket light. For all the world, those switches almost look like LUCAS switches which is what British Leyland used.

    I believe the brown plastic bezel just snaps off.

    I see.
    First I will test with a magnet if its not steel.
    Then I will try to remove it gentle.

    I agree. You just need to find a starting place. I suspect that, underneath the bezel, is a mounting plate that holds the switches and light sockets and screws up into the headliner or roof brace. I am curious how you can have that picture and not know what the rest of the car is?
