After finding his car in the impound lot, hung over Otis beckons for the sky-hook...

 

Now I know why it only cost 25 cents to park here. Since I'm going to be here a while I better get something to eat. Is that one of those new fast food restaurants called McDonald's over there?

 

Anyone else notice the "Winfield Arms Corp" sign in the distance?

Does it go on to say if the owner of the Chrysler kicked the parking lot attendants **** for caving in the top of his car?

Probably a small sign somewhere that says,"Not responsible for any damages"

 

No but couldn't the owner pound on the inside of the roof with his fist and get the dent out? Then he could go over to the lot attendant and pound on his face a few times....
