just an update on the beach. these are photos of a house just down the beach from where the car is, first photo was about ten years ago, second photo after this last storm. i wonder how many more cars will be exposed?

had to deliver a customers vehicle out to nantucket and took a trip to madeket to see if the cars were still visible. beach has eroded and i believe the cars are under water now. if you study these photos you can get some idea of how much is not there now. in the arial photo the curser is on the spot in front of the house at the bottom right. note the house and flag pole.

 

the dune was washed back to the deck on the house.......and i am guessing the cars are below the water line. at least we have this H.A.M.B. do***entation.
