Technical Socal electronic speedo

Hi guys been awhile . I have finally finished my first build (full build) and took it for its first road test today and all seemed to go well except I cant seem to get the speedo to work . I have double checked the wiring . Removed the hall sensor supplied with the gauge and put voltage on it and watched it fluctuate with roaring the shaft slowly . Is there some thing I'm not doing correctly . I'm trying to set it up on the auto setting over 1mile gauge is a 140mph

 

.....I think it works better off the trailer??.....

But seriously, car looks awesome!!!!!

In all the cases I've had is the gear is stripped out on the tranny. You can replace the spedo gear or do as I've done on many cases put sot heat shrink on the end of the hall sensor that goes into the tranny to take up the "slop" and put it back together.
