Scaled-down 15-inch Tri-5 and '60 Chevy steering wheels?

A friend of mine has seen a couple of scaled-down but otherwise stock looking steering wheels for Tri-5 Chevys and a '60 Chevy. He said he saw an ad in Chevy Rumble for them thru ididit, but they aren't the manufacturer. Cl***ic Chevy International sells the tri-5 wheels, but not the '60.
Does anybody know who the manufacturer of these steering wheels is? Not looking for a vendor--he wants to go right to the source.

    Thanks for any help,
    -Brad

    Yup, that's the critter.
Nice looking wheel. Does a stock GM horn ring work in it, or is the whole thing scaled down?

its all scaled down except the emblem in the center is the same & i put an 'original' emblem in mine.
i will 2-TONE my wheel soon with dirty high gloss white.

the wheel came in very good shape painted black. i sanded the small gouges smooth & then just pretty much wet sanded the black paint off & the wheel painted up nice.

Check out eBay #4629651840. Pretty pricey though.

The guy on egay lives in Austin and I bought one of those from him while I was there for the Roundup. For a Chinese piece it ain't too bad. Needs some sanding and as they said the center emblem needs to be replaced but all in all a lot better than I expected.

I saw that one, but I thought originals were 15" (I never measured mine).
