Any thoughts on putting gussets on the frame joints? Frame is made from 1 1/2"×3"×11 guage. Plan on running around 375 horse small block Chevy.

Probably a good idea to add fishplates on an 11ga frame; sure can't hurt. Used to add them when using 11ga; but have been using 3/16" 2 x 3 for the last several frames and just grinding them smooth.

Thank you! It's my first build and just want to make all the right decisions, that way I don't regret things in the end.

good start - why no cross bracing to help guarantee staying square before finish welding?

The cross bracing was removed after the frame cooled down.
