ClayMart I am spraying paint that has a metallic tint in it not pearl and yes all of mine I have painted have had metallic in them. Thanks Bruce.

I had my shoulder freeze up on me once and it turned out to be bursitis- basically an irritation in the joint and the doctor solved it with anti-inflammatory of some sort and physio exercises.
