Hey guys so I've read a lot of threads on the aerostar spring swap for 50s fords. Sounds perfect and will actually raise my front end a little since my current springs are cut to hell and sagging badly. I'll probably be going from a nose down stance to more of a taildragger look. Was wondering if anyone can walk me through the process of removing the old springs and shocks. The walk-throughs I've read have been mid to late 50s models so I'm not sure if it's different aside from king pins vs ball joints.
    Thanks

They are actually better in the '52 to '56 cars. On my '59 with 15" tires I had a tire s****e issue on tight turns. I may toss them back in with a spacer.

On my '59 Ford it was close to a 4" drop.

Got them in my 53, ended up using a 1 1/2 spacer to give me a stock stance
