Lots of history here. Square head screws produced here were used in Canadian Model A's and perhaps some American A's but it didn't last as mutually agreed upon deals were not struck. The screw still exists but not in automotive.

 

Took the 37 down near our harbor and lake with several club members for one of our informal monthly "Rods in the park" lunch get-togethers.

Took me most of the morning but Miss Linda was ready to cruise and we got the hot rod from the storage garage. First order of business was local McD's for a small chocolate shake, one of the few things I know she'll eat these days. Then to the Swazey Parkway in Exeter to watch the sailboats and the people. Exeter, NH was the Revolutionary capital of the US and you could see the restored town powderhouse from our bench today. Across the river are brick mill buildings from the 1800s repurposed into apartments. The weather was Chamber of Commerce perfect today.
