Here is the one I did.

Fenderless '31 Model A on a Deuce Frame.

I removed the Brace that goes under the Back Panel,
Changed the angle of the Back Panel so it covered more of the Gas Tank,
Narrowed the Fenders at the back, near the Gas Tank, and took most of the curve out at ( where it normally dips in, just behind the Cab ).
    Welded in '32 inner Fenders,
And made new Corner Pieces that wrap around the edges of the Ges Tank.

Do a search for Bass's coupe. He's done it.

Had it all done on my roadster, but didn't go through with it thought it made the car look to long. 1930 Model 'A' Roadster 002.jpg 1930 Model 'A' Roadster 012.jpg

I did one on mine years ago. I shortened the rear of the body to make it fit better.

There was a really good thread done about 2011/12 which I have tried to find for you but was unsuccessful.
It numerous pic's and a good variety of comments.
Tanks Inc had a complete kit and you could also purchase parts of that kit.
Although a quick look at their website says they have parts but not a kit.
    Here is the link http://www.tanksinc.com/index.cfm/page/ptype=results/category_id=81/mode=cat/cat81.htm

I'm in the middle of it. 28 roadster. Looks like I will need to cut the panel below the lid 20170705_220529.jpg

I still need to cut the cowl down to settle the body 100% flat to the frame. This will raise the back up a smidge but I fear not enough to get the tank in there without cutting the panel. I love to see more pics too. Thanks
