  3. I'am glad you enjoyed the show.

I had to do some P.R. with the cars in prefered parking area. Some didn't get what was about, however I kept things calm and explained what we were looking for.
I explained that high tech, pro-street, and muscle cars are turned away at most traditional shows, we shook hands after.

twas the morning of the show and no rain in sight,
met some pals for the drive , with a map by my side.
curvy roads and some hills ,it all was so right,
the motor was purring, a peaceful morning ride,
when out of the blue there rose such a clatter,
a tink, and a clink and a whirling clunketty clee.
off to the side to see what's the matter,
just a hubcap that took off, and wizzed by a tree.
wading through the shrubs up and down the ravine,
the hubcap was found, some rocks, it between.
a delay that was short and nothing was broke,
the itching has started the rash has appeared.
    the shrubs were poison oak.

    Ted's woes continued-

I should have been smart at the show when I went to the John
I really should have put a glove on
No nookie for me, she said get out of the bed
Will buy a hubcap at the swap meet, next time, instead

You two guys need some sleep!
    They looked in the woods,
but I was smarter I thought.
So I wondered who were these two guys I brought?
Both wore shorts and had boney knees,
I stayed in the car and avoided the fleas!
    Hubcaps were found.
We enjoyed the rest of the day without a glitch'
except those two guys who did nothing but itch!

WE came ,we participated,we had a BLAST. John and Robert and the staff did a super job getting this show off the ground.Organized and laid out good. Great Bands. Very good for a first time show and it Will only get bigger and better. Quality cars for sure also.
The Riedlbauer Resort was a excellent choice with everything you needed right there on the property. We stayed Friday till Sunday and made a mini vacation out of it. Hotel room, pools, all our meals and only a 1 minute walk to the show area. Awesome!! The Bier Garten was a great place to hangout and sample some German beers.
I hope everyone that attended returns and bring a bunch of friends and cars for next year.Plan on a Friday night stay over and hang out and relax with other car guys. We are planning a weekend stay and will book our rooms as soon as the date is announced. This show could be big and we plan on getting it to happen!!! Mr and Mrs Fedco

Also a cl***y move on Johns part to always mention how much his staff worked to make this thing GO

It took us awhile to get home because we stopped at a killer flea market about halfway north to exit 29.Spent about 2hrs or more and bought some cool stuff to flip at Hershey and for artwork. It was good to see some different items for sale at the show swap meet and the flea market. Vegetable stands also along the way.I didnt need anything more that had been made from hops and wheat though;),was still a bit fuzzy

I would just like to say thanks too all that attended and enjoyed the sites and sounds Saturday at the White Wall-Rama. My volunteers did a fantastic job and the kind and courtesy staff at Ridelbahers was on point.[IMG][IMG]

People absolutely loved the venue, food, beer and the friendly hospitality from everyone.

And we raised over $500 bucks for the Haileys Hope Foundation.

So all I can say is Thank You for being a part of the white wall rama.

^^ I don't know for sure, but there was a great clone here in MD that sold in the recent past. I'd guess that may be it.

  23. My Father Willard and Bill Tower raced together, and had not seen each other for 45 years. That had a good reunion Friday!

Thanks for the update on who bought it and to where it went. I just cudn't remember.
That's a great story on your dad and Bill Towers getting together again after all those years! This hobby isn't just about the cars, it's about the people, too.

Indeed, July 28th and 29th 2018. Same location and will be having more things going on both days this time around. Also, Mark Williams Hamb member Oldtinpusher will be taking over the show while I step back for a bit and oversee the operations. The show next year will be bigger and better and I honestly can't wait to see everyone again next year.
