Hot Rods 32 Tudor door question

Discussion in 'The Hokey Ass Message Board' started by PursuingPerfectPaint, Aug 10, 2017.

  1. I recently purchased a original 32 Tudor door and have decided not to use it on my project. The door needs a small patch on the inner door frame and the outer skin was poorly patched some time ago ( bottom 6")
Would I better to sell it as is or should I invest the time to strip it do the metal work and epoxy prime it so it's all solid for the next owner.

Thanks in advance for your opinions and advice.

I would sell it the way it is. Some guys just like to do their "own" work. Otherwise it might get looked at that your covering up a bad patch. Buyer can see it for what it is.

Leave it as is. I would much rather patch my own than buy one already done. That way I can make it fit my body if adjustments are needed.
