Now I am confused. Are these supposed holes in the sunvisor on a Model A OR are they "Model A" holes somehow placed into the sunvisor of another car? What's the difference between Model A holes and Model B holes?

 

I left mine whole.

If you don't like the visor the way it came from the factory just take the hole thing off.
