Sounds like the pushrods from pedal to booster and booster to master cylinder may not be adjusted right.

is the rod adjusted right when you put your foot on the pedal it should drop about 1 " when you crank the car

Just because parts are new doesn't mean they are good. I had a pickup truck that I had to put 3 new mastercylinders on before I got one that worked. On a power boosted system, the pedal should be rock hard with almost no free play with no vacuum on the booster. It must not be bleeding completely. I like to use low pressure air on the master cylinder to bleed brakes. Make certain that you don't have any places in the system that ca trap air like T fittings or couplers that are larger than the lines internally.

Try bleeding brakes while car/truck is running, one person pushing on the pedal one person turning the bleeder valve. Don't use a speed bleeder.
