so I bought this running driving 47 coupe a few years ago and did a few things here and there, shaved the trunk and took off the brake lights and made bumper guard tail lights. but since then I decided to screw it and make it really what I want. so I made deep French buckets for 54 Buick headlights. been a ton of work for just one guy in my garage hardly knowing what I'm doing but its fun. I recently put the posies in the dirt kit on and split the wishbones. anyway here is where I am so far.
here is where I started, I will post in chronological order.

Can you post a pic on here of yours? I'd love to see it. I've always wanted to do the recessed for some reason so I just went for it. I'll have it all in basecoat this weekend.

I would love to chop it and I will in due time. I'm a one man show on this thing and I've never done a chop so I have to read a ton and try and make local friends haha.

It has an electric popper with a back up pull cable near the back seat.

Understandable, the pull cable was pretty easy to set up. Just got a very long choke cable.

Looks cool! What transmission and rear end are you running? I am doing a '47 Ford Pickup and keeping the flathead V8 but would like to run a better manual transmission than the stock. Also, may change out the rear end.

Is that a MOPAR color? It looks a lot like Plum Crazy Purple to me.

It's all stock, I was told it has a truck 3 speed since it's a floor shift in a 47.
