I would hold out for an old wagon, there are worse cars to drive than the Chrysler while you are waiting

    Think about it Mr.Fischer.
Ford Wagon Mmmmmm. I'm thinking 1962 Ford Country Squire. 59s pop up now and then as do little Fairlane wagons.
It's what ever makes you happy. That's the main thing.

If you do go off topic please hang around. I comsider you one of the fixtures here on the HAMB.

Remember, always trade up. You have a lot of work and time in your car.

I think "necessary support vehicles" need a certain "bemused tolerance" : My nearly 30yr old Wagon/"4dr- Pick-Up truck" , while OT(but 4cyl RWD), was a Viking in a former life, & has been beyond 'reasonably dependable' for 399K miles, especially while chasing parts for my '28AA.

I can't imagine a later model Ford Wagon being an equal trade for your car, I'd say sit on your car till you sell it, then go hunt for what you really want...then again, maybe you really like the wagon you're looking at?? and not just wanting a wagon...

Anything can be made to be a level of cool in the rite hands, actually saw a 90s ford taurus wagon at the drag races in the parking lot, years ago that was black, blacked out with tinted windows, beefy wheels and tires etc, that looked pretty cool believe it or not. It wouldnt fit in here but definitely admired what that guy did:cool:

Would like to see you trade for something on topic so we could see what you do "here" but I will be rootin for ya either way.....Like F-ONE said, You will still need to come around as you are a fixture here;)

The hurry up and trade kinda sounds like dump the Chrysler. If your going to keep an ot ford wagon great, but in the future what will be easier to sell? Take your time, the Chrysler is pretty cool!

Please tell me it at least has wood grain on the sides. Hold out for an older wagon.

Bruce this dawned on me but I know where there is a 1960 Chevrolet Wagon. It's a project but looks to be a pretty good car. I have no idea if it's for sale or trade but I will find out for you if you want.

If this does "happen", I could get it and store it on my place until you can arrange transport to Tennessee.
