  3. Never heard of one either but it sounds like it may have something to do with the ignition. Got a pic or a description?

  4. Perhaps it changes the pusle per minute for vehicle speed sensor, and ECM signals?

You could take it to a dealer and back it into the ***embly it goes with. That said, if it is the thing listed in For Sale, with a port fitting it could be vacuum related = emissions thingie? Emissions controls are not traditional :D

Electronic speedometer stuff. I think it might be another name for a "buffer box". but I'm not sure, I only dabble in that late model **** occasionally.

Pulse Reducer, a common phrase such as "I'm kidding" or "just joking" usually preceded by something like...."I'm pregnant" or "What's that puddle under your Hot Rod"

  13. What is it you are trying to accomplish that brings about the question of 'what is it?' If we know better the context of the question, perhaps a more direct answer can be provided

Never saw one like that, but the 86 Vette I had with the Tuned Port injection had a thing that looked like a mini Ford master cylinder that mounted inline after the electric in tank pump that was called the same thing. Supposed to dampen the pulses of the fuel going up to the fuel rail. While troubleshooting a fuel problem, I took it out and put in a straight piece of gas line, didn't notice the motor running any different, so I bought a new one and put it in. Motor still didn't run any different, so I still don't know if it actually works or not....

Used on a car/tractor or anything that is set up to run on LP gas. It takes the surge out of fuel delivery

Actually, it takes the surge out of the fuel pump delivery. Buicks had them at the carb inlet during the '50s, and there's a dome shaped version on many '40s-'50s fuel pumps, or a port for installing one.
