Hello...I have bought Joe Morenos -32 roadster and need some photos of it and some information about the builder Joe Mr.Kustom Moreno...anything will do...thanks t23ken
I've known Joe for many years, to some people he's kind of an acquired taste but I like him. He's been dealing in cars and parts forever. I'm sure most everybody in So-Cal knows Joe! I've never bought a car from him so can't vouch for the quality of the build. Is this the 32 you bought from Joe? I'm sure you are aware that those are just Ardun covers on a small block chev. Mick
Hi Mick...Thanks for your information and the good looking Picture of my new toy...Im living in Sweden so I have to wait for about 8 weeks Before I could take my first Cruise in it...yea..I know about the covers...I like the stance of the roadster so Im hooping it will have a safe trip to Sweden....t23ken
Joe was a great guy and his passing was a big loss. He was finally laid to rest last Friday (Aug 25th). Joe swore up and down that those Ardun covers were gonna catch on and be the next biggest thing. The Roadster is pretty solid and you should have no issues with it. Just give it a good once over as it had been sitting for a little bit. You are aware it is a 'Glass body?
Hello Rocket77...Thanks for your information about Joe Moreno...Im going to have the car in this way..and Im glad to hear that he like the valvecovers, and so do I...Her in Sweden the Rodscene is quit big so Im looking forward to Cruise in my roadster here in the North of Sweden.
... ...yea Im aware of the body...I bought it from Phyllis and a friend to the family, and I hope I will have it here in Sweden in 6-8 weeks.
The car was built pretty much by Dick Deans son down in Hemet i do not recall the shops name. A friend of our Bob did the electrical and got it running and tuned up, another guy named Bob did the paint. That's about all I got for ya. Time wise I really can't remember when that was
I really liked Joe he was a neat guy, I'm glad his roadster is going to a good home and will be enjoyed.
Hi ROCKER77...Im glad to here about Joe and sure his old roadster is coming to a "motorhome"....Joes old roadster is going to have some great garagebuddies....1 front Engine dragster from 1969,1 -70 El camino low miles,unrestored.1 Harley, and one Silverado step side truck with 4wd for the wintercruise..Thanks again for your information.PS I almost feel like the roadster was built for me so this is going to be a keeper..
Howdy Rodders....I had have a great summer with Joe Morenos roadster here in Sweden...and the car is running fine and people here in Carshows likes the stance...Ken Lunneborg Sweden
