I'd probably slow it down myself. What size are the dump valves? Even 3/8" valves will dump real quick in the front because of motor/tranny weight. And dumping that fast will make it about impossible to make any minor height adjustments while you drive.

Most valves have pipe threaded outputs on the valve. If its a 3/8" valve, you can get a 3/8" pipe plug, drill a 1/4" hole in it and thread it into the dump valves "out" side. If its too slow, take it out and drill it a little bigger til its where you want it. Plus you can make the fronts dump speed match the rears slower dump speed this way too.

They are supposedly 5/8 valve with a 1/2 inch pipe thread. I am running 1/2 inch line.

I think it RULES when you dump that fast!! My truck (non HAMB friendly) dumps like that:D ...............I think your car needs to be lower:rolleyes: .

If they are 1/2 npt threads, here is a link to another solution:
    http://www.suicidedoors.com/12NPTValveFlowControl.php

If your valves are mounted where you can get to them easily, you could install these flow controls. They have a simple thumb screw that you can open or close to fine tune the dump rate.

The nice thing is for daily driving you could set them slower, but if you want to set the dump faster for a show you could open the flow valves up all the way and you're set.

One downside is that they act as a muffler for the air dumping out, which I personally like the sound of, but they do give you easy adjustability of the dump speed with no tools

it needs to be about 5 inches lower! Dropped spindles, then modified lower arms, then shorter tires......

I can't remember, are there front shocks on it? I don't have any front shocks. Do you have valves for each individual corner, or one fill/one dump for the front? Mine drops that fast, but doesn't bounce like that. That's probaly becuase mine hit the ground though!:D

I have 1 set of valves for the front and 1 set for the rear. no shocks in the front.

I think its so bouncy because I have such tall sidewalls.

Might be a little becuase of the valve setup. You'll have air kind of "bouncing" back and forth between the bags since they're run on the same valve & lines. You'll feel it most when your taking turns. you shoudl really look into running seperate valves for each corner. Makes a big difference....

  14. 2 valves per corner, one dump, one fill is the way to go, otherwise the vehicle will not handle the same in cornering. On the dump side of the valve run a fitting that will decrease the size of the dump orifice which will make the air exit slower.

It is quite quick.. i'd slow it down a size. right now you are what, half a second before aired out? try like a second and a half.
