So I have about 3 drivers side fenders that seem to be various years and ford or mercury. I am wanting to find the correct fenders for my 1954. Do I need 1954 Ford fenders or are there other years of ford or mercury fenders that will fit?
The 1954's are one year only first year of IFS so the mounting is different than 1952-53's that will interchange,also the '54's have a slight peak the 1952-53's do not have. Merc's are longer but I have seen Fords with a full Mercury front clip same years apply as above.
Thanks for the info. This was my su****ion from looking at google photos. I guess I need to sell all the fenders I have and try to find a replacement set for my 54. Living in utah it was hard enough finding a replacement door.
