Glass thames never sleep on top of the comforter. They dont wash that. Its the sheets that get changed. This little tip may help stop some itching and rash in the future.

Im staying in my trailer. I think i will pack the electric blanket just in case. I wouldnt be surprised if there was night time frost up there this late in the year.

 

I hope so after this 90+ degree weather! Carly ran the fastest she ever did on Labor day and it was HOT and HUMID! Hoping for cooler weather to go even faster!

Only happened twice............last time......."JUST HAPPENED".. had to go to Kentucky to contest a Will which was claiming my Thames Gasser as part of the ESTATE. .......Just so happened to be the week of A High Tech Exposition in Louisville.... no rooms in 30 mile radius...got in late 11pm for a morning court appearance. We call over and over, and luckily 1 room left...... We arrive, and there is a guy in front of me checking out complaining about Bed Bugs..."ha ha"....I said screw it....... I will sleep in the tub..... I was dead tired.. So we got a room.....turned mattress side ways and slept on the end...with our closhes on top of tables & TV away from the walls.... No Bed Bugs...got to do what you got to do..................well it worked out...I got my Thames out of the Estate ....clear of the Will............and I was good. Almost lost my car....after 14 years of work.. Man I was pissed...

This is the Hairy Doker Cup. For the Fall Fall Out I will present this quickly and cheaply made pile of junk to the victor of the Hairy Hauler / Okie Doker match race.

But here's the catch... the person with the cup must then set the rules and conditions to pass it on at the next MDA event of their choosing. Pie Eating, Meltdown, Fall Out, ??? - for - best burn-out, another call out, just because - doesn't matter when or for what - Your Call, You have the Cup, You have the power...

It is also hoped that the winner would add something to the cup. Clean it, Sign it, stripe it, letter it, weld on a part, add a decal... whatever... (saves me cleaning it further) See you all in Rock Falls
