  1. This looks to be an early shot of Ray Anderegg's T roadster. Hard to believe this would later be Americas Most Beautiful Roadster in 1955.

  3. Hello, I recently signed on to HAMBS because for years I was just a visitor to the site, but always found
inspiration in the photos being posted. I figured it was about time to be part of the group instead of lurking in the shadows of the internet. It is quite a thrill to see my Elgin Diner diorama here. What an honor!
Just a quick note about this photo: The scale is 1/24th [1/2 inch equals a foot] The vehicles are mainly diecast
models from my collection that have been altered in various ways. The diner itself is mostly handmade, including
the interior which isn't visible in this shot.
This is just a quirky hobby of mine, which I've been doing since the mid 1990s.
Again, I want to thank HAMBS for being the source of inspiration for many of my dioramas and photos.
As a matter of fact, I'm working on a drag racing scene at this time because of this site.

Entering the boardwalk in Atlantic City, NJ. Looks like my old street, New Hampshire ave, which ended at the ocean. Pacific ave on the left.
