I'm planning on going. Trying to get my '68 Polara wagon back together to take. I'd take my '49 Fleetline, but don't have enough miles on it yet to have the bugs worked out (see today's post about getting stuck in 3rd..lol). I'd like to sell the '68 to make more space for the '49 anyhow....so maybe someone will love it enough to take home with them! ;)

  4. We are going. I just hope it isn't a waste of time and money this time around. Took my son last August on that Saturday and there wasn't very much going on. Stayed over three hours waiting, but nothing. The vendors were gone or packing up. I believe from the pics I took there must have been less than 25 cars. Maybe we missed something. A lot of people but that was it. '04 was better.

I called the host motel to reserve my room a couple of weeks ago, the girl working said there were only a couple of rooms left, so maybe that's a good thing.

I will be there on my bike....probly more at the hotel and the drive in more than the show itself.

I should be there w/ my still unfinished '51 4dr Merc... I called this morning about a room and they're full. I'm taking that as a good sign. I guess i can't stay at the host motel, kind of a bummer....

I think it's gonna be a decent deal this year. The weather is supposed to be spot on. Everyone that I've spoken with is optomistic about it.

If Kustom D is going, I'm not going. That guy is crazy!

Won't make it this year. $$$$$$$=tight. I'm having a small cash flow problem. With Gas 2.79 in Tulsa, it's hard for me to even get mine started.

See you Saturday night at Dewey.

    congrats on the baby!

Don't feel bad monkey I'm driving my late model pickup up there but I may load up my motorcycle and ride it in the show if they'll let me. But we won't be there untill sat. We're trying to save our money for dewey.

Monkey how come your gas is so cheap its $2.85 a gallon at a couple places here and for the stuff I run its $3.03 a gallon?
