Heres is what I had when I put the 261 in a 53 2 ton, I used the early 235 ballancer, the second pic is with the water pump adapt plate, using the older ballancer it had the belt size for the earlier water pump which on the truck was 3/4", I also changed pullys on the generator. Sorry about the blurry pic, when I don't check the pictures on the camara this is what happens.
