Hey Fireman Gordy...is that blue on the '55 cashmere blue? I like it alot...its what my '55 was originally...
LOOOVE 57 Buick grilles in 57 Chevys. That cashmere blue, white topped 55 is freaking perfect. So tasty.
I like your car, triple b! It is indicative of a mild custom in the late 50s early 60s. Not every one had a 2 door. Tri-5s have always had a premium attached and some had to settle for a 4 door!
Thanks dude We bought it when we had our son so a four door made sense for carrying the little man around. That's why we called it Passenger 57 as it was brought to carry an extra passenger Passenger 57 by Nick Grant, on Flickr
I bought this as a running project in Boerne, TX in 2005. It didn't run well with a tired 350 so I put in a 327-300 with a TH350. Now it goes right along the highway. Just another money pit.
