Technical Who can fix gauges like this?

Does anyone know someone who can repair a gauge of this sort? Any vintage powerboat peeps with one kicking around? I'm a buyer for an exact replacement if repair isn't an option.

Don't now if this will help but I saw this website with a lot of lenses. You may find something there you can work with. It shouldn't be too difficult to replace the lens.
