I've finally got around to doing the web pages for the "Rickshaws on the Foreshore" show that was held early November last year. First lot of pics is here... CLICK HERE Boris.
Thanks for sharing the photos Boris. I really LOVE Alan Fountains roadster and that Falcon Woody was pretty cool too.
YOU FOOLS!! We've all been trying to ignore his persistant pic postings! Ya see, he's been posting these all over the internet for the past few days, just hoping someone will reply to him.... Now be quiet....he may just go away.....
PEDDRO - Fuck Off you Mexican Metrosexual. Beet - I sure as shit hope not. It's for sale. If I had the money...
Someone told me there was a famous roadster at "Andy's" shop that went thru the fires that could'nt be saved. Hopin it wasn't that one........OLDBEET
Hmm.great coverage Boris, but i think some Aussies need to at least try and get a bit more inventive with their rods....choosing a color and wheels 'aint all there is to "design"...ZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZ. The maroon and cream roadster at least has some theme going on...the dodge sled is getting better..time to properly lower it now! Sorry aussie guys, i'm a bit sick of the lack of inovation around here...thats why i like helping 'lowsquire' with his rpu...at least it's got some design flair to it...as you'll see in the not too distant future. Anyhow, thats the end of my 2c rant.... Cheers MAIKI
A very diverse show, something for everyone. Some of the rods are a little more "street" rod than "hot" rod but to each their own. I thought there were some nice customs. Looked like a good time.

There is some good stuff starting to get done. Dave Hart is building a pretty neat little modified at the moment. I'm pretty sure you'll like it
Oh and DREWFUS's RPU! as well..looking like a old speedboat from some views! Cheers MAIKI ...and i promise my rod will be differnt.
Brootal...are those fenders on the white and red roadster from a Triumph cycle???? If so, the rears must be widened....who did them???...that idea (fenders) with two tone paint looks great.
Not sure hatch, but there is a guy that makes very similar looking ones out of fibreglass. His name is Garrie Oliver and he lives in Frankston, Victoria. Carps knows him pretty well, maybe you could ask him if he knows. Carps knows all.
Dunno if they are 'The Ghost's' work or not. Doubtful since that car was built before Ghost started selling his fenders. However, if you're looking for some just like those then Gary 'The Ghost' Oliver is your man, he does them in various widths. Send me a P.M and I'll put you in touch with him.
