It had been a number of years since I'd laid eyes upon the old Studebaker frame lying out in the weeds and I found that it had been moved in that time so it wasn't quite where I thought it was.

Should we let it rest in peace or dig it out?

My grandparents bought this farm in 1942. This frame has been on this farm as long as I can remember. It has been used as a wagon gear at some point in it's past. I don't know if it was something my grandpa used or if it was here when he bought the farm. Dad used to us it as a pig shelter since we used to pasture hogs. He had boards over it and would drag it out to wherever he thought was good place for a shelter in the pasture. I've never even thought much about doing anything with it until lately since I was so busy that I just didn't have much time to get around to anything. Now I'm in a different phase of my life so I find myself thinking about different activities that I could get around to now.

I've always thought it was a Studebaker just because the S on the hubcaps. The wood wheels would make it a fairly early year also I believe.

While I took acting and photography in college, have been in plays and I'm quite comfortable on stage that was not the point of this video presentation. It's simply raw video footage of old iron laying about in it's natural habitat. As I enjoy watching stuff like this I just ***umed there just might be some people out there that like that sort of thing also and that is the whole point of the video. It also cuts out many hours of editing and rendering video to just have one take and upload it.

I think that is probably really close, I did some looking around and the hubcaps look a lot like the ones on this 1924 Studebaker

Sort of a cross between The Blair Witch and Chasing Cl***ic Cars. Keep with the updates, get a tet**** shot and build something out it.

Frame looked ~ '24, but now I'm thinking the caps might be circa '29. I've seen those before, just can't remember where. Don't have time to chase info now. Frame's worth righting up, & most likely worth saving. Wheelbase measurement would help narrow down things.
