So i went and saw my frame builder today, hes got a little 31 coupe, and i mean little, in the works...4" channel, 6" chop, 16" kick out back 4" kick up front, 2" dropped spring and 5" dropped axle.

He has to run an auto theres no room for 3 pedals...i want to run a manual,

Right now the plan is for a 10" kick in the rear and the same 4" kick up front, but by running just a reverse eye and 4" drop axle i won't be as low.

I'm a little worried about the footwell space, i will channel the width of the frame as well, so thats 8 inches of vertical footwell room that i'll lose, plus 8" that the trans tunnel has to come up.

The body will be low enough that the tires will hide the wheel opening so i can slide the body back an inch or two, but i still think its gonna be too tight.

I don't want to be crazy low, i want to be able to drive around and not worry about speedbumps and driveways and shit, but i want it to look good too.

I guess there needs to be a question in here somewhere...

IS THIS FRAME TOO WILD FOR MY NEEDS ?? I think i'm going to have him hold of on the front z, i can get the front end lower with a dropped crossmember which is 2" and then save me foot room.

I need some thoughts and ideas/pictures of footwells, good/bad experiences

    THANKS
