    Looks like it might be a trophy dash, Bob Sall on the pole, Frank McGurk on the outside Hank Rogers on the inside, Bill Holland in the 29.

    Way to go, Rootie, I love the right coast pictures. We all know Bill Holland won indy in 1949 and I think both Sall and McGurk made the race and was Hank Rogers a non- qualifier ? A real nice shot of some great drivers! 12x-6-c.JPG

    New England favorite "MEATBALL" Orlando, He got that nickname because he would bring a huge bowl of pasta & meatballs when he got to the race so all the drivers could share some before the races. IMG_1186.jpg
