Projects Wood roof rails

Hi guys.

I've built the wood roof structure for a '29 sedan of one customer, it was made using simple tools, hope u enjoy it guys!!

Now, that is just flat showing off. About all I can make out of wood is sawdust. Nice work.

 

First time building some more elaborated using wood, it's not easy at all...kkkk...I really prefer use metal....kkkk

I tried replacing body wood, but every time I tried to weld it in place, the damn things disappear !!

Great craftsmanship on yours !

 

You need to use a WIG welder

The wood is nice, but a piece of cake compared to the tinwork in the interior. Did you do that also? Would like to see more of it.

 

Yes man....I did it....this car is fully hand made by me....from ch***i to body...and now wood...here's some pics of the interior metalwork...
