Is that really the original body buck for the C1 Corvette?

  5. Guy worked all his life at the shunting yard behind the Railway station. Told his wife when he retires he would build a camper so they could travel all over America.

Any other old-timers out there that ran the 1/8th mile drags at the old Sacramento fairgrounds? GHSacramentoFairgrounds55.jpg The strip was actually part of the long straightaway of the road course. I ran my '57 Chevy there a few times, late 50's and early 60's.

We are closing in now on 5000pages. This is my favorite thread on the HAMB. Have noticed quite a lot of repeats
    lately.

  23. Welllllllll.Who is going to look at all those epages to check. Some are reposted in a matter of days though, pretty lazy. The repeats are why I stopped posting in the Drag Cars in Motion thread, seems 90% repeats!
Seems like a lot of new names here too. Many haven't seen them before.
