How about some frame jig pic's

    I'm ready, have a frame, flatty & running gear for the A coupe, I would like to have the frame square but am not going to blow a fortune on a top of the line frame jig, what have you guys built, looking for simple but functional with pic's if ya got em', what configuration works best, thanks

  3. I'll post some pics of mine tonight. It's about 15' long and 4' wide. It's made out of 4"x1/4" tube. The deck is open like a ladder with 3 supports going across. I left the deck open so it makes it easy to clamp. I've built too cars on it and it works great.

    Luckily i didn't have to pay for the steel!

    This is how i did it. It has adjustible bolts on each leg to make it even.

    This here is a cheap and effective way I did my frame, Made this at a cost of about 78.oo bucks. Two sheet of 1" plywood and two 4'x4" beams and 3/4"x11/2" oak for holg the rails in place. One sheet was lay on the table for Z-ing the side rails and forgot to take those pictures (got in a hurry). The frame truned out stright and square. Measure 3 time and tack weld, before final welding. For final welding move around the frame to help elimanate twisting. Hope this helps!!!!!!!!!!! Oh yes, lots of clamps.

  8. Here's mine for 34's , with interchangable uprights to do 32's, or take them all off and use it as a flat / straight table.
