Technical Duvall frame corner radius needed

    I need the inside and outside corner radius's of a duvall or duvall style windshield frame.I think they look perfect and want to use the same measurement.I am getting ready to fabricate a duvall style windshield frame for a 37 chevy coupe/roadster conversion.Thanks for any help............Greg

    Here are some ideas, different style header panels, doors, trunk, roof, 1/4 and side glass. Why not use the OEM glass radius for ease of sealing with a rubber, a couple of cardboard templates once you decide on style of frame, window shape and size.
    Weld up the cowl vent and you're ready to go.
    FYI, Ozzie Holden don't share anything in common with Fisher bodies and don't have the pressing extending into the door, and the hood side curtains are different.

    I'd rather have a GM Holden coupe body to work with than this 37 chevy body.Thanks for sharing the info and pictures.............Greg
