  6. It's ironic you posted about the olive branch,I recently lost a close friend and some of his last words to me was to please make amends while you can. HRP

Now that’s some funny stuff right there!

I’m hoping to have time & money to get my truck on the road this year while working 2 jobs, school & internship, and spending as much time as possible with my son.

Deuce wires, yes they are in the packing department, going to be the first things I ship in 2018!:) The German Cuckoo clock & gas tank are going out as well, just look at all the room I'll have! Happy New Year! DSCF6160.JPG

I quit smoking 15 years ago and still every once in a while one would be good as hell. Stay strong you can do it. Oh and that's a lot of hot rod money your saving by not doing it

  18. At 67 I can honestly say I never tried smoking,I have seen a lot of friends try to quit and a couple of them have been successful and they say they still crave a cigarette every day. HRP

I want the '35 shell to be one piece and ready for primer by spring. I want the chassis torn down, painted, and reassembled by fall.

I predict it will go better than my "body sitting on floors/chassis and in garage before snow flies" plan.

Also, i turn 40 this summer. It would be nice to be less fat when I turn 40.

I fully intend to be driving my truck, more important though. 2018 is going to be a awesome year as it is such a exciting time to be alive and watch and learn how we all will grow.

No plans,no resolutions. Don’t believe in them or bucket lists either.
I drift wherever fate takes me.

I don't really do the resolution thing, but I have some goals.
    1. Get the '54 on the road, and still continue to work on it.
    2. Finish the T roadster
    3. Move out of the too small garage into a shop
    4. Get started on the A roadster

  26. Wow....HRP finishing on a positive note........

Me ,try to pay it forward to young rodders.
Gave a young budding 13yr old rodder ,with a very strong family rodding background, a bunch of parts to get his roadster pickup moving forward.
Keep helping my 25yr old son build his first A tudor. Heck I have ( nearly enough toys) note nearly.
Drive our 32 pick up to the Roundup in April then bring it back to NZ. YEHAAA.

  28. That's the best resolution SnoDawg. It's been 4 years on 12/30/13 since I got thrown back twice in one day. Had V-Tach and a ICD implanted the next day. Docs said I was 1 of 20 to live through what I did. Not sure why I was sent back but I think I was sent back to finish the Henry J.

Happy New Year to all. I hope to get my new garage built and with the great weather we have I hope to drive my ‘40 Coupe every day.
