What can I add to factory B/C C/C to get more metallic finish. Thinking about going Ford Redfire Pearl it doesn't seem to have much of a metallic to it. Painting a G***er style Chevy and don't want to get into flake, a lot of sanding, etc. Just shoot & clear. Any advise is greatly appreciated

they have flakes in different sizes
I have had them change the metallic size on an OE paint code

I had my local paint store add more metallic to my paint until it had the amount I liked, at no extra cost.

You could also add extra flop adjuster or flatter to your base to make the metallics/micas stand up on end when you spray them. Old trick to give your metallics more life! If you were using PPG Deltron (DBC) basecoat you can add DX821, DX995, or DX685 to any existing regular metallic formula and radically change the “wow” factor of basecoat by changing how the metallics stand up!
