help please! cannot send private messages

  1. when I try to send private messages from HAMB app I get a message that says "not support module private mesaage" does anyone know what this means or how to fix? obviously cannot contact Ryan thru private message about this issue....

    The Hamb app doesn't work with all the features,follow Stu's advice and us a PC. HRP

    Click on the three little dashes in the upper left hand corner of the phone app. Select settings. Scroll down to the bottom of that menu. That will show you what version number of the app you are running.

    Let me know what it is.

    Also, on your phone or tablet, find the little sprocket/gear market settings. Click on that. Scroll to the bottom. It will say "about phone" under which it will show you the version of the Android operating system that you are running.

    Post that too.

    For many:

    One thing to try, as long as you remember your p***word, is to clear the cache and local storage for the phone app. If you find Settings control panel, go the Apps section, find the HAMB app, click on it, you will find a list of settings. One of them is storage. If you click on storage, you should see "Clear Data" and "Clear Cache". Many problems can be fixed by clearing those two.

    If you have a stored p***word, this will clear it, so make sure you can remember it.
