Difference of opinion, but I much prefer these chromed reverse wheels WITHOUT the baby Moons... With the Spider center caps makes them even NICER!
^ I agree. I posted this just because it was a rod with chrome wheels. I guess you'd call these smoothies, which I don't care for. A vented chrome wheel with a spider or dog-dish hub cap is the way to go. ^ Like the one below. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
I have a set of chrome reverse wheels mounted in 10 inch Radir wide whitewall pie crust cheater slicks. And these wheels are NOT the universal wheel pattern, which I don't care for either. I feel chrome baby moons look they're best on 50's hot rods with red steelies. When they are mounted on chrome wheels, they seem to "tone down" the aggressive looking 60's style hot rods. Again, just my opinion, there's nothing wrong with chrome steelies with Baby Moons. Sent from my SM-G955U using The H.A.M.B. mobile app

More pictures please, @Moriarity! I remember when that Impala was first in Rod & Custom back when I was in high school in the late 90s/early 2000s. It blew my mind!
Here are a couple pics of it next to my corvette. The 59 belongs to my buddy John Sent from my iPhone using The H.A.M.B. mobile app
Our old T coupe. Sold the car but the buyer didnt like chromies and whitewalls, which was great - so I kept them
My fiancé’s 56 Customline. Got the wheels from a yard sale down the street. Just had to get new moon caps. Next is pinstripes this weekend, wide whites, and lower it a bit.
