Going for that forced perspective "Old Bentley" / Train blowing over the hill / "Grundy" look...

Bolt On Hand Brake Bracket for a ......yeah i know , took forever.....
Sometimes "just get started"...........&......use what i got allready + a pinch of City Mill!!.........till the End!
Front Cable Bracket bolted to Trans Mount.

 

Alternator bracket + turn buckle-tension bracket

I'll paint the Chrome Bracket!

 

Mix and match base bracket is one of those cheap o Car Store type.
Bent the **** out of it....
I preloaded it first....Realised I needed a support bracket. flat iron look like ****,Beated a piece of round steel and drilled....better.

I was trying to make the weld look good from the back, screwing uqqp the front with burn through (bird poops)

Drip rail. Cooper nickel Brake line bent and cut in half.tscked with the TIG. Sealed with 5-minute epoxy.

Finish welded the hoop stuff.
Tank "lock" rubber bumper combined.
Bottom leather belt tensioner.

 

I was grinding it clean , by the time I got to the other side it started rusting on the first side again.
(kind of humid over here...)
Sprayed it with stuff called "must for rust" and wiped it off , then primer.

Roll-bar / tank / seatbelt bracket bolted down..decided to trim & keep the Aluminum (protect the frame when welding).

More Backwards work - got rid of that gas tank thingy...good idea at the time...maybe?
New plate w. 1/2" and 3/8" NPT in the bottom.

Chased holes in the tank w. Soap n' water...2 hours later ... DUN!
