Oh...listening to the Drive By Truckers a lot lately. Drove out to Austin on Saturday and saw them at Stubbs.
Of course...that was after my constitutional at the Continental and after I picked up a transmission.

    :D

  5. I'm not certain but I think Nick Curran was in that band, went solo for a bit and is now in the Fabulous Thunderbirds. Maybe you can do a search with his name and come up with some usefull info.

Social Distortion Live has been in my CD player for quite a while now. All the songs on this album are great but my favorites are Prison Bound, Story of My Life, Telling Them, Take Away, and Mommy's Little Monster.

Blazing Haley is awsome too. I used to hop on the freewayand crank Train to Nowhere while giving my 64 Cadillac a thorough hammering.

I also have Green Onions by Booker T and the MGs floating around on my MP3 player. It reminds me of the scene in American Grafitti when they are heading to the drag a the end.

How about Commander Cody and HOT ROD LINCOLN. Found this on a mix CD the other day and played it over and over.

After staying in Hawaii for three months this past winter I got hooked on Hawaiian Music. I listen to it on www.hawaiianrainbow.com/listen.htm
I click on "What's Playing" and had to download "RealPlayer" It's all Free and it brings back a lot of memories. Hope to go back next year too.
