29 model a roof panel above the door who has them ?

I have a 29 model A I am needing a new set a panels for above the doors. Mine have seen better days. I cant find anybody that makes repops, has anyone been able to find a set any were.

 

I got a repop in the shop Monday, for a customer. Don't know where it came from, but know it was made in Finland. Nice piece, heard the bodyman say it was cheaper than the other supplier. Will know later tonight....OLDBEET

They were only used on tudors and trucks. What do you need?

 

I thought Sedans were a lot wider then coupes were on that part??

 

On most coupes the roof stamping was from the windshield all the way back and wrapped around towards the rear window. Do you have a 1928 sports coupe?

Is that piece a separate piece on your car?
Do you have metal roof around the back window or wood?

 

I've got the piece for above the drivers door on a Model A Sport Coupe.
Don't know the year,if it matters.

yes it is separate

 

28-9 coupes are different than 28-9 2dr sedans. BUT, if you are desperate, they can be narrowed to fit.

 

They are different than the sedans for sure. They come up on ebay every once and awhile. I got one from a local model a guy, he should have some more I can get you a # if you want but these are orginals and they're not perfect either.

 

yup- 28-29 they were separate like on the tudors

looking for the same pieces on mine- a carport fell on the driver's side

 

why do thay not repop this part

 

no kidding- that's the only part on my whole coupe they don't have

bump for any leads.....
