Could be. Dennis from O'Brian had information that this was a club that was originally from a speed shop in Buffalo,NY in the 50's. Would love to know more about it, myself.

I belonged to a car club in the West suburban Chicago area, the TACH-MASTERS, We were an NHRA chartered club, and also belonged to the ICCA, International Car Club Association, organized by Tex Smith. We were active in car shows, the drag strip and civic activities.
I was in this car club in the early sixties. It was originally on my 67 chevy, now it’s on my 36. Sent from my iPad using The H.A.M.B. mobile app
Check out my Facebook page if you want to look at https://www.facebook.com/VCCPoftheUSA/a lot of cool plaques.
Bullet Nose, I finally read my email and sent you a picture of the plaque I have. Sorry to take so long.
WOW. I have one of those big 3" nickels. Got it at Mount Rushmore gift shop some years ago. Been wondering what to do with it. Jimmie
I used to work for Die Cast Products in Gardena, CA. They made those oversized coins and I have several examples from a penny up to a half dollar. Now all I have to do is come up with a club name for the other coins. Maybe Penny Pinchers would be a good one for the penny.
This one was stolen, off of a Friends '52 Chevy. As far as I Know, it was the only one still in existance, and was his original from the 1950s. His family would love to have it back Sent from my SM-J727V using The H.A.M.B. mobile app
Not sure how you could get the stolen one back but Dennis O'Brien could make one just like it using the original pattern he has for that plaque. Is your friend's name John Smith? He wrote me about his plaque being stolen in the summer of 2008.
