Event Coverage Ohio in April?

Hey fellas going to be in Maumee for a couple of weeks in April. Any hot rod stuff going on? Like maybe a swap or something cool?

Need something to do besides sit in a hotel bar drinking overpriced beer I can't expense.

Monroe Mi swap meet..if the weather is great expect a great swap meet

 

Damn! Nothing doing but a bike swap. And a long drive from Toledo.

 

I second the Monroe swap meet. Depending when you are there they might be racing up the road at the Milan, Michigan drag strip. Also the sprint cars will be racing on Saturday nights in Fremont, Ohio about an hour away.

 

Ya not going to be there for Monroe unfortunately. Looks like 1-13th

 

Well I don't think Fremont has changed much since the 60's as it still has the old wood covered grandstand. Neat place.

 

You might want to check out Roberts restorations in the Toledo area these guys could let you know whats going on in the area.

Take a run up to Detroit go to the Henry Ford Museum.
It's really worth the trip.
