Hello, to answer your question Yes, will be making side mount as well that extends down to the lower part of the frame . We just thought we would snap a picture of the finished top mount. Just to awesome not to share. Just as I think we are about to get the frame done ,Chris gets thes amazing ideas to do. So far everything that he and I have thought up in our heads has came out great. Chris has really carried me through out this build and shared his knowledge and skills with me. Very thankful
Ya i get the "i must share with the world" feeling all the time when i build something i think is cool. Build is super cool as i said before.
Amazing attention to details , some will never be seen which says a lot about the skills of the builders .
Im loving this build! Fantastic work, your attention to detail is increadible! Definately subscribed!
Thank you , we are really stoked that everyone is enjoying this build. It’s been a long process but now we know how we want our future build to look like. Next up after my sport coupe is Chris’s 30 pickup truck which we plan on building in the next month.
@Joe Rosales I was researching and when I was reading about this fellas detailing of his vintage Hotrod I thought about your build and some of the ways your detailing this Hotrod as in you share similar build philosophies. have a look at the story and pics...Maybe you already know about this cl***ic survivor and builder... As the others have said your quite a talent. http://www.hotrod.com/articles/1932-ford-roadster-the-golden-rod/
Stogy I just check out the article, amazing work to that 32 was done. Those guys were amazing builders. Ahead of their time. Thank you for sharing
I love build threads like this when someone goes wild with all the little details. Looks so rad to see you put them in, and then its so cool, and a bummer to see how the touches disappear with the meal finish and look like factory
There are very few build threads that I actually read each and every post....this is one of the few. The work is top notch, the attention to detail is out of this world, and I dig the name.
Very good work. I appreciate it. Have you thought about rounding the door tops at the back? Always thought that body style needed some work in that area. Curved down like later coupes would be awesome. Just a thought.
Amazing detail – great work. Looks like you're running a stock length 30/31 hood – did you shorten the deuce wheel base from 106 to 103.5? If so, how? Did you remove a section of the frame?
Can you please explain what effect your using to make this pic appear like your build is a scale model? Excellent work by the way. I’m a top rung believer that it’s in the details man. Sent from my iPhone using The H.A.M.B. mobile app
