obviously one is better for a dinner date, the other is better for going surfing...what do you spend more time doing?

Apples & oranges, is that factory paint and wood on the Woodie? Info on both would get a better opinion. Bob

    The 3 Window...I mean the real nice 3 Window...;)...1 Woody is enough:D...

Of course if you fill the Woody with Family several times a year that may make another decision a consideration.

  12. The coupe is original 21 stud with trans and 46 juice brakes via the V8 Garage kit. Dropped axle and later spindles. I have the OG axle if I decide to go back to stock. A lacquer repaint (looks better in photos) in the '70's, orig style interior, I have the wide fives with WW I can switch.....
The 46 wagon is orig paint and wood, flathead & trans. Wood refinish, LB interior and top done by Nick Alexander. I'm going to try and keep them both but it might not work out.... : (

There is something special about the sound of a station wagon door closing, that one looks like a real good one. Bob

Me I have only one and I am more than happy and busy.

Perhaps moving the less Hopped up one (the Woody) will free up some dough to purchase some bolt on speed equipment...to get a little more out of the flatty in the coupe to give a bit more jazz when your winding down the open road. Nothing killer just a little more to experience a wee bit more Hotrod.

All the best in your decision.

Personally I have a strong passion for 36 3w’s and roadsters. But it’s your garage so you get to pick.

That would be like trying to pick you favourite child, son or daughter. I wouldn't pick just one!:D

I don't know how you do things on the left coast , we would keep both & get rid of something else .

Maybe to you...... it's worth more .
Both are worth what a buyer is willing to pay and a seller willing to sell it for.

If you could possibly keep both, you've had them a long time and enjoy them I wouldn't sell either. Around here you don't see those in car shows, what you see are the same cars you see in all shows. I like different ones, especially more original. As time goes on you see fewer ones like you have.

Mike, I have a Deuce roadster and a '46 Ford "Woodie". I'm 71 years old so when I want to act like a kid again I take the roadster. The Woodie is great for chilly days and when I just want to cruise. I drive the wheels off my cars. When I drive the roadster for long periods say 400 miles it takes a toll, constant wind, loud pipes, no windshield wipers etc. My wife says driving in the Woodie is like driving on your living room couch. Roll up windows, heater, radio that we can hear, lockable doors etc. Your case is a little different than mine, but you can see the advantage of having both. Plus your in Cal, everybody in Cal needs a Woodie. That car is too nice to touch! Bring that baby down to Wavecrest in Sept. Two very nice cars Mike.

Stress can cause many illnesses, even death. It can cause marital problems, problems at work etc.
I cannot in good conscience let you go through this. Please leave your garage open and I will take the time to take one away for you so you may be happy and healthy.
    Problem solved !
