Hot Rods Can Mag Centre caps

I picked these up recently, and I’ve never heard of them. There’s nothing online that I can find. Does anyone recognize this cap or maybe the wheels that they’re designed for?
These caps are well built, very thick aluminum.
Any help would be great.

Looks like a "government " job by someone that worked at a foundry.

What's their bolt circle measurement?

Maybe they'll fit American mags. You could call the combination "Can-Am" racing mags.
