I was just wondering.... I was hanging out with some Harley rider friends and was checking out the taillights on the vrod, I was wondering what it would take to use them on my chevy pickup? Would I need a converter for the voltage? Would they be too small to be legal? looks like they would bolt on pretty easy and ad a little style and bling to the backside.
hot rod and legal qeustions? harleys are for many decades 12 volt and if not it's only a bulb to replace.........yur sure yur capeble of doing stuff like this?
is it that easy? and yes, legal is important especial the taillights... thats the typical cop reason for pulling you over... "hey son, I noticed your taillights are pretty small there....whats that I smell?..... step out of the car please"
hmmmmmmm...i'm not sure how easy they would be to adapt to a chevy pickup. they look like they are made to mount to a surface that is steeply angled..like a motorcylce rear fender. so i guess i depends what you want to mount them to
